Ghastly service

Riaz is the most misleading person i have encountered. Last week called him about a loooong outstanding issue. Gave me a sop story about being understaffed. Undertook to call back. Never did. Today threatens wid dealing wid me via his attorney. Wen asking for his attorneys details so i can send legal docs to him he suddenly doesn't have details. He is rude. Bosses people to listen to him wen he speaks and wen u refuse to be hashed around by him...he starts to insult u! Will never use one-stop travel EVER!!!!
