False advertising and hotels

Booked a holiday in mauritius months in advance and paid upfront. Specified I want Beach facing rooms. Specified window seats on airplane. When we got to the airport check-in, window seats were not booked. When we reached mauritius, we had the worst rooms assigned to us right in the back of the resort, far away from the beach and dining area. When I called aneshree from one stop travel to complain, she said she did her job and no fault on her side. These people advertise false hotels and resorts, and actually book you the cheapest rooms but charge full price. Big ****mers. Stay away. Just read the reviews, not worth it.
