False advertising and ********* behavior

At the beginning of February 2023 I found a package that they advertised for on facebook it was a 16 day trip to turkey ,I phoned the number provided and spoke to the agent ,end of February I paid a deposit and was told the trip was booked for us ..when the earthquakes were happening in turkey I phoned and spoke to the agent telling her I was afraid and if I cancelled would it be a problem ..I was told they do not do cancelations and that I would loose my deposit which was alot of money cause I booked for 2..end of March I paid the balance of the money owing on the trip ..Up until end of March I was still under the impression that I was still going to turkey for 16days..last week on the 24th of April 2023 I was given a call by the travel agent and was told that the 16day trip to turkey was not available anymore and we need to go onto the trip for 12days ,we will be compensated only R3000 per person and if we donot agree to this our money will be kept with them until we decide to go somewhere at a later date..this is so ********* and not according to the islamic rulings ..I was told management will contact me up until today the 03 May 2023 no on has contacted me ..I am very disappointed with this company I have saved money to go for a holiday which costs a package I was excited to go overseas as I haven't been before and to receive treatment like this is so disappointing..
