Excellent Umrah Journey

I booked an Umrah trip for my Wife and I at Onestop Head Office in Overport in August 2018. The travel dates were for the 18th to 29th December. It was for a budget Umrah Package which I upgraded slightly for a closer Hotel in Makkah. I was given a clear and concise breakdown of the Costs involved by Uzair Sader. This was to be my 8th Umrah trip. In November I was surprised to learn that my Madinah Hotel was upgraded from Eiman Noor to Hyatt International at no extra cost to myself.

Come end November - Umrah Visas were arranged within a week.

18th December - Left for Madinah. Accompanied on flight by Liaqat from Onestop Travels. This guy is cool and calm and is really an asset to Onestop.

19th December - Arrived at Hyatt International Madinah- Excellent Hotel - Room was ready. Shabeer from Onestop was co ordinating room keys.

22nd December - well arranged Ziyaarat of Madinah

25th December - Arrrived in Makkah - took private Taxi to Makkah - stayed at Eiman Grand. Again, no issues with check in.

I have travelled for Umrah many times and was really pleased with the level of support and co ordination from Onestop Staff, expecially Liaqat whom I dealt with while in Saudi - he even jumped onto a Bus to pack peoples additional suitcases.

People need to understand that if you pay R13000 for an Umrah package, the Hotel is NOT going to be on the doorstep of the Haram. If you understand this is in advance, the Journey will go much better. If you want Swiss, Hilton etc then be prepared to pay at least R22000 per person.

In general - I would definitely use Onestop again and recommend Onestop to my friends and family.
