I was referred to the Gateway branch of One stop Tours for a quote on a travel package. Sunhera took my details and promised to get back to me. a week later I called her and she once again promised to send me feedback and never heard from her. I refer this to the contact number on the adverti*****t and was given a second person to deal with at another branch in Overport. Seema called me took my details and promised the same to get back to me. a week went by and same no feedback or call. another message of compliant was send to the manager who promised to get his senior manager to call me. a week later and no call as yet.<br> <br> cant believe that companies pay to place adverts for service yet when you want to do business they don't want it. perhaps customer service in this day don't even matter. I am not sure why people are in the hospitality business when they cant live up to their standards.
