Canelation fee

Do not book with them during a pandemic,you will not get a refund inspite of international travel band,they will force you to pay a cancellation fee although you are cancelling because there has been a lockdown,they will force you to take a voucher to travel at a later date but will not honor the original price booked.We are told that we have to travel with our children to Zanzibar with mango airlines who are currently under business rescue,we cannot renew our daughters passport as homeaffairs are not doing renewals.They want to charge me a 25% cancelation fee of deposit.Please when booking make sure you take a full refund cancelation package especially during these times.
