This morning I fell sick and needed to put a claim in my Oneplan App but couldn't do it. Ended up doing a CallMeBack option that's when Zizipho Vazi gave me a call back and helped me in a few seconds to reverse the ones I couldn't put well and claim on my behalf and also taught how to claim in the future. I would rate her 5/5 on her service.
