The way you sly people advertise yourselves is extremely perturbing!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I would never ever ever recommend One Plan to anyone, even my worst enemy!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>The fact that you atrocious people don't allow for posting on your Facebook page says a lot about you and how **** you actually are!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>A person son either has to be in an accident, or half dead for you terrible people to pay for anything!!!!!!!!! </p> <p>You are supposed to be protecting your PAYING clients from illness and disease by paying for basic medical attention!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I understand that you're an INSURANCE, a **** one as well, but for **** sakes, you can't even pay for the most fundamental medical care a paying human being is entitled to!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>You are a bunch of *******. You are quick to debit a persons account for your monthly payment, but you can't even pay for chronic medication??? </p> <p>I don't want anything to do with you people!! I've literally used R580 in the last 6 months of being with you!!!! I want my money back and I want to get as far away from you as I can.</p>

Thanks for taking our call this morning and allowing us an opportunity to address your concerns.
As per our discussion all clients are able to respond to existing posts on our Facebook page and we encourage participation in this regard.
Our product caters for both in-hospital accident cover and as well as for illnesses should you need to be hospitalised for an approved procedure.
We are not a medical aid and are a Health Insurance company, the cover that we offer our clients is in line with the short term insurance act. When compared to medical aid this differs as they are governed by the medical scheme act and have to cover prescribed minimum benefits such as chronic conditions. We will however cover this under your existing scripted medication cover providing that it is not related to an pre-existing condition or a general exclusion.
Our aim is to provide affordable health insurance to South Africans and we are indeed sorry that our product does not meet your needs, your policy has been cancelled as per your request and we have waivered the cancellation fee.

Go go and listen to your call recordings!!! Did I say I wanted to cancel immediately, or did I say I'd send my cancellation letter through when I was ready???? Then I get an SMS that you guys have already deducted the R100 admin fee and my last month is in November. What if it was my last R100??? What if I only wanted to cancel in November????
Honestly, you people are severely disgusting!!! Last night I had a severe allergic reaction, where o went into anaphylactic shock - and you guys only paid R295 for my R805 Bill. What the hell am I paying you assholes for? Pay for all my medication that I need to fetch today and then stay out of my life with your regretful SMS's and wishy washy responses!!!
