Your service and structure are one of the best, but I am struggling with my senior cat Fenix as she is suffering from feline stoma****, and her teeth need to be extracted but your plan is not covering it.

Kindly note that Dental extractions for your fur-baby on the Classic Plan are covered under the Casualty benefit up to the cover limit of R1300 per Casualty benefit claim and your fur-baby has 4 Casualty Benefit claims per year. Dental scaling and polishing are covered under the Pet Med Savings Benefit up to the cover limit of R750. These are a few of the many benefits and cover limits that our Pet Plans have to offer the Pet Med Savings and Casualty benefit is a day-to-day benefit as the Classic Plan has day-to-day and In-hospital benefits.
As per our policy terms and conditions, Dentistry or treatment related to teeth/procedures is not covered under the in-hospital benefit and is excluded from the policy.
We have proceeded to forward your details to the relevant department, and one of our consultants will be in contact with you.
