You won't be cancelling this easily.... they make it impossible.

Never, ever, do bussiness with them. Even before the first debit order goes through, they expect you to give them 30 days notice, without being covered when you cancel. Contacting them to cancel is impossible. I would NOT recommended them at all! During the endless phonecall to sign you up, its definately not stated clearly that the will still take your hard earned cash if you cancel.

Dear One Plan, you are robbing people with the ridiculous 7 day cooling off period. You are not open and honest about this, you do not explain this clearly!!!!

Good day Jenny,

We do apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Kindly note that you do receive a 7 day cooling off period from when the policy was taken out in which you're able to cancel. Canceling out of the cooling off period will result in you having to serve the 30 day notice period applicable to cancellations.

Please email *** with your ID/policy number included & within the subject line of the email, state "HelloPeter Complaint" so we may investigate the matter further.

Kind regards
The Oneplan Team

To no avail. You do not see the matter as it is, you never sent a link, I could not call you, as you don't take incoming calls for cancelations.

There is no risk whatsoever to your company by canceling my policy as I will not have any funds available to pay it. I am unemployed.
