Good day<br> <br> I was on the edge to cancel my policy with One plan because their call centre agents are always unprofessional and rude, and they sound like people who didn't get a proper training, but since I spoke to Renias Musekiwa this morning, I'm willing to give it another chance. He was like a breath of fresh air, Professional and understanding, and for a second I thought I called a wrong company.<br> <br> I guess Renias just saved One plan from loosing another client, you do need more people like him.
