Yet to disappoint
I have been with Oneplan Pet Insurance now for about 4 years. Up until recently, I had never had any issues regarding payments or claims. Without going into detail, I experienced a problem recently with an injury to my dog. Once I got hold of the right person, within two days, my issues was sorted and the claim was paid. To be honest, I was absolutely blown away. Aside from the other benefits that I get with the Pet Store, Oneplan Pet has a customer for life.
