Yet another awesome interaction with a very helpful Oneplan assistant, Mapaseka Dinake. I had a query regarding a claim which I discussed on the Whattsapp forum. This consultant was super friendly and helpful and it seems that everything has been resolved within minutes. I have been with Oneplan for over 10 years and have not yet once been disappointed with their service! Thank you!
