Years of great experience with One Plan

My wife and I have been on One Plan for 5+ years, having previously been on Discovery and Fedhealth. I feel the service and payments I have received from One Plan have been far better than either of the medical aids. They have always promptly approved/paid medical bills as they came up. Fortunately we havent had anything big come up but a few outpatient operations and some post op therapy. But in every respect they have always treated us like humans, paid all the bills they said they would (unlike medical aids) and generally been great to deal with.

We recently changed our membership plan and dealt with Nomkita in the call centre who was fantastic and deserves a special mention.
