Wrongfully deceived by Cinsultant

14 months ago I signed up with one plan pet insurance Sat and listen to the person for 20min while it was explained to me, when it came to choosing a policy I choose the lowest, I then received my policy I read thru the complete policy. Now when I incuired about going to the vet because my pet is sick I was informed that my policy is only a pet hospital plan and do not cover vet visits. Now when I signed up I was not told it only covers hospital plan and not vet visits. I'm a pensioner and don't have a lot of money, so why did the consultants not inform me when I signed up that it's only a hospital plan. And I wish that one plan can contact me and they can listen to the voice recording and they wil hear that I have been deceived by One Plan.
