Wrong information captured

I took out this health insurance about 2 days ago and spoke to a Mr Mashele. I spelled out my email address to him about 3 times and he still seemed to have gotten it wrong, now my personal information has been sent to some stranger!! I contacted their customer services but no one came back to me or changed my email address. They sent me an sms stating that they will be sending my docs to the incorrect email address!! That call has been recorded and i gave the correct email address 3 times. They are not allowed to send my personal info to strangers, they need to correct it asap!! their customer service is pathetic!!!
