Wow. I am a fan
Most of the time we review when we have a bad experience, and my first experience with a OnePlan pet claim was a little shakey (read your Ts and Cs).
But since then? Wow. I am impressed. For the past 3 months my Dog has been in an out of the vet for this and that and finally a surgery to resolve the underlying issues. OnePlan has come to the table for everything. Added to this, they just refunded me for an amount I had written off - without any fights or issues.
My premiums are now going up as expected annually and I don’t care, because I am grateful.
