WORST SERVICE EVER

Signing up with this company has been one of the worst mistakes of my life!! I have never had such pathetic service in my life!!<br> I am trying to cancel my medical plan with them and I am not allowed to speak to anyone in the cancellation department nor am I getting any confirmation that my service has been cancelled.<br> I have phoned and emailed several times asking for my medical statement which I need to give me new Medical aid company and Oneplan doesn't send this to me.<br> When you phone you get transferred to different people the whole time, the next as useless as the last.<br> Never ever do business with OnePlan, worst company in the world!!!<br>
