Worst Service Ever

Wish I could give them a 0 star. When I took out this insurance i thought hey maybe these guys are not bad but as usual they are more useless then most companies. They did not inform me first that routine care meds cant be claimed on the same day as a vet vist. However my pet went in for a vet vist but because I also purchased flea meds which was on the same invoice they rejected my claim. I also asked them on the chat to get someone to call me but they never ever did. When my dog is now sick I am unable to use this cover which is such bull****. I have been paying for months and not using this cover and yet not once did they contact me regarding an outstanding amount. Poor poor service is all I can say.
