Worst possible level of service.
Repeatedly trying to **** me. Wish i could remove the one star, even that isnt deserved. Have taken 2 payments from my bank account without my authorization. Theyve phoned me to tell me that they are sure ALL cancelled (nothing signed up in first place), a month later they still take money off my account, and they constantly try called 6-10 times a day. Absolute pests. Seems accounts dept doesn't speak to sales, or visa versa.

18 May 2026, 18:32Dear Stanley,
Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration and take concerns such as these very seriously.
However, we would like to clarify that a similar complaint was previously raised and thoroughly investigated, and the matter was addressed in detail at that time. As part of that process, evidence was provided confirming that the policy was registered via the online portal, where all required information was completed and submitted on 2026/03/25. This included the banking details necessary for premium collections, which form part of the standard policy activation process.
Regarding your concern about billing, the debits processed were in line with the policy that was successfully set up using the information provided during registration. We can also confirm that your policy has now been scheduled for cancellation, with the effective cancellation date being 01/06/2026, in accordance with the policy’s terms and conditions.
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions. Oneplan subscribes to its TCF principles and will take all reasonable steps to ensure fair and equal treatment of all our clients.
We hope this clarifies the matter.
Kind regards,
Oneplan.
