WORST PET INSURANCE EVER
The worst pet insurance company I have ever dealt with. They are daylight ******s. It is absolutely disgusting how they happily take you money every month but when it comes time to pay they give you the round around and likely take months.

We have acknowledged your complaint and have attempted to contact you to discuss the events leading up to your complaint, however, the call is answered and then ended abruptly. Upon investigation, would clarify that the the claims on your policy have been reviewed subject to the stated cover limits and terms and conditions as per the policy schedule and the information provided on your invoice. We can confirm that the claims on your policy have been finalized and submitted for payment into your nominated bank account. Kindly note that bank refunds take 7 to 14 working days with the exclusions of weekends to reflect in your account.
Kindly note that you have selected the Primary Plan which offers a cover limit of R1000.00 per pet per annum and an optional R350.00 for the Pet Med Booster, which you have taken up.
As per the information on the invoice provided, the full R350.00 for the Pet Med Booster has been approved for the services that fall under the benefit and an amount of R477.00 has been approved from the Casualty benefit for the services and products that are covered under the benefit.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and we this provides clarity on the matter.
Kindly note that you have selected the Primary Plan which offers a cover limit of R1000.00 per pet per annum and an optional R350.00 for the Pet Med Booster, which you have taken up.
