Worst pet insurance ever

Firstly, I submitted a claim on the 31st of October, I'm still waiting for someone to give me feedback. I finally call them today to find out what's going on, only for them to tell me that they can't approve my claim because I took my dog for his vaccines and a rash he picked up at the same time. I was meant to take him for vaccines on one day and the rash on a separate day. I'm sorry, do I look like I have the time to take my precious pet to the vet twice a week?! I'd love to know if oneplan employees do this! Most messed up process ever! I'd rather move both my pets back to Medipet. Idiots.
