Worst Pet Insurance Company
Worst Pet Insurance Company! I would not recommend them to anyone! I ALWAYS ALWAYS have issues when it comes to claims - there is always one excuse after the other why a claim cannot be paid. And my pet is on one of their highest plans too! To make matters worse they increased the monthly premium by over R150 by the end of last year (2020) and the service just got worse and claims were not paid! I ended up paying for my dog's vet bills as well as paying them their monthly premium. Pathetic!

As per our discussion, there are annual cover limits on all our cover types which are renewed on the anniversary of your policy. Kindly note the Routine care benefit for your fur-baby renews on 01/03/2021. Upon investigation, we have identified that the invoice submitted for the routine care benefit was for January 2021. Due to the cover limit being exceeded in January 2021 the Routine Care claim was repudiated.
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions.
