WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!! NEVER JOIN ONE PLAN!!
I have been with one health insurance for over two years now. In this period I have claimed only one time for a practitioner visit(R240). I have spent a total of R10 104.00 for a policy I never use. This to me is quite pathetic when I call for dentistry authorisation and the call centre agent, Lillian Sevelo, tells me the covered amount has changed from R400 down to R300. No communication has been sent out. I was also notified that the consultation cost are not covered for dentistry, I will only be covered for R300 in total. <br> <br> Out of frustration I asked her why am I with one plan where she had responded \ I am sorry sir

The information supp**** to you this morning was incorrect as the correct cover limits are R400.00 for everything that the dentist does within his rooms (Teeth cleaning, consultation, teeth whitening etc).
The outcome of our investigation has resulted in remedial action being taken against the agent in question in order to prevent any re-occurrences of the above.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your ongoing support towards Oneplan and do apologise for any inconvenience caused to you.
