Worst Medical Insurance Ever

I went to the doctor to as my husband was ill. I couldn’t use the card at the doctor as he only take cash. I then got a script and had to also pay that cash as the card was not working. I uploaded the medical certificate and the script I got from the doctor. What I don’t understand isn’t that suppose to be suffficient to show I went to the doctor. Now they rejected my claims and I cannot log into the site as I need to go to the doctor for myself. U block me from using the service but u take my money every month . I will never recommended this company to anyone . Not evens for pets ..useless. Rather pay that extra grand for medical aid than sitting with this company

Hi Waseema,

Thank you for voicing your concerns, however, we've had a look at the invoice that was uploaded. We do require a detailed invoice for your visit as this is a requirement for claiming for your benefits. The reason for this is to validate that the funds used for the benefit correspond to the amount claimed from us.

A detailed invoice should consist of the following:

-Practice number

-Doctor's stamp

-Date of consultation

-Name of insured that visited the doctor

-Final amount

So why did you block my card, so are you going to refund my money back for the time that i couldn't utilize your service? are you going to compensate me if anything happens you my husband cause if your *********** process of work? My family is suffering because of a stupid mistake that i did and that is going with your organization. Your consultant explained that " You are a hassle free and easy to use medical insurance company but your actually risk lives and health by blocking the peoples card due to a stupid claim. I paid to go to the doctor it doesn't matter how much i used i paid for it. Your slogan should be " Easy to use but we risk lives for claims"

You guys are the worst your wanted me to get the proof from the chemist that I took the medication the money you gave me which I am paying for every month, Now that is not good enough, You are making life difficult for your clients that is not taking anything from you for free, I pay every month, do I abuse your service never, do I use every month never, do I get **** service yes, I HATE THIS COMPANY

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICAL INSURANCE THE ARE THE WORST AND THEY BLOCK YOUR CARD FOR ANY OTHER SERVICES. THEY DON'T CALL EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY THEY WILL.
