Worst Insurance !!!

Would not recommend at all! Literally the worst pet insurance on the market. We've signed up for two policies both of which were thrown out because apparently they did not receive the forwarded documents, which were sent through multiple times. We are even paying for the excess buster which was never given to us. At first, they claimed to have not received payment- proof of payment was submitted. Once we claimed, they couldn't find our documentation for the claim and cancelled our policy without notification. Seems like they don't want to pay out and look for every excuse not to! Absolutely *********** and down right *******. Choose any other company, just not this one!
