WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
ONE plan are a bunch of heart attacks waiting to happen i was told i can choose a date for my debit to come off however they failed to mention that if you dont get paid on the 15th of each month you pay double what the hell i cant help that i get paid on the 25th of each month when i asked for a little help they continued to be unhelpful and insist that i make payment or my policy will be cancelled i cant even use my medical aid at this this is damn ridiculous dont insure with this medical aid they are the worst
