Worst Customer Service
Customer service does not exist. My Yorkie crossed the Rainbow Bridge on the 29th March 2022, cremation costs etc not paid for by OnePlan and my furbabies are/were on the most expensive plan.I was still paying the monthly contribution for my little precious as at the end of October 2023. As at 5th December 202, still no refund. I removed my Chihuahua from the policy on the 6th November 202, in writing. I called for my policy, now I have lost all faith, I ned to see proof. The Chihuahua is still on the policy.

05 Dec 2023, 19:01Good Day
I do not accept the response to my first message.
I have already sent and received 17 e-mails. I received several calls from various consultants.
Loads of promises, but unfortunately no action.
OnePlan have ben dragging their feet since the 16th October 2023.
I can forward all the e-mails where I have been informed that they are working on the issue.
I do not take the calls anymore, because then I have no record of what they are promising to deliver versus what is actually happening.
I now require action, I have had enough of empty promises.
