Worst \Customer Care"Service."""
I have been with OnePlan for almost 3 years. This year is the first time I am claiming. The quality of service received from their call centre is APPALLING! Agents are NOT well educated on the relevant exclusions that are app**** during upgrading or downgrading policies. I was promised call backs from two agents who could not give me the correct information when I called. No response. I called a week later to complain to a manager & was informed that his agents tried to call me on multiple occasions & even sent me an email - I work on my cell, landline, PC & iPad simultaneously daily - don't tell me you tried to contact me when you DIDNT! Apologize & ASSIST me! Then I emailed my pathology report confirming pregnancy - Got a response congratulating me & advising of the protocols I need to follow going forth. Began submitting my gynae invoices for reimbur*****t: They have no proof or referral letter stating that I am pregnant - I am being reimbursed at GP rates. What was the congrats for? Why did I get all the information if my pathology report is not sufficient?? Could someone not have said something then?? I must have cheated on my blood test ... that must be it!
Thank you for bringing the above to our attention.
As per our telephonic discussion, please note that I have contacted the Gynaecologist personally and requested a confirmation of pregnancy letter in order to confirm how far along you are in your pregnancy.
With reference to point 2.7.3.3 in the policy wording, kindly note that:
\Cover is only active from month four of the confirmed pregnancy.\" Which basically means that all invoices that have been submitted to date is correctly refunded under the GP cover. Once you are 16 weeks pregnant you may contact us to load funds for the maternity pre-birth cover.
