Worse to better with STAR EMPLOYEE MR Thapelo Madibana
Over the past few days I've had a terrible experience with one plan but one employee's individual brilliance led me to a different overview not of the company but the faith I have in their employees. Mr Thapelo Madibana is a brilliant person and was well spoken and highly professional when it came to the discomfort I experienced, he truly went out of his way to accommodate me.
