Worse service ever One Plan Gap Cover Department
I have had such good service for my Pet insurance with one plan. So I decided to take gap cover with them and to this day I've had the worse service ever. They say they going to call me back and no one calls. They agent says they know my frustration and they sorry and they will call me to do a follow-up on the returned call from the manager Rene. I've been submitting my documents from March 2025,i pay every month without fail, and here they are failing to refund me my claims. I will never recommend One plan to anyone for a Gap Cover insurance.
