World class service from Letticia Dichaba
Letticia Dichaba, is really at OnePlan Pet Insurance to serve their customers. She called about an issue they had picked up. I was irate and not ready to listen. She managed to calm me down and not only cleared up the misunderstanding, but also took the time to guide me on another issue. She also followed-up with me there-after and made sure I remained a valued customer. Well done Letticia! We need more of you in the services sector. Keep it up!
