I would like to acknowledge Renee ***ley,Customer Service Consultant e: ***, publicly for truly personable, caring and professional expert assistance. I recently moved from a decade at Discovery to join One plan, my previous medical aid kept inflating its rate until, even as a healthy person it was next to impossible to keep up with its increases, certainly my teaching salary was never increasing at the same rate, and I am a very healthy person. No doubt i was scared at what service and healthcare I would receive elsewhere. well done renee and well done one plan!!! You guy are amazing!!
