Wonderful!!

Amazing- they have paid every claim I have had so far! One time, I made a call to them but I ended the call because the vet wanted to talk to me - 2 minutes later, an agent called me back saying “we saw a missed call from you, can we help? Is everything ok?”

Tish, who handled my last call, sent me a pre-authorization form within minutes and was so helpful and friendly!
