Why self service portal, if dysfunctional?

Been on the self service portal since 5:30 am - now it's 6:45 and i can't log in. I have chose the option to reset password, get the message that it's been sent to my email, but nothing (over an hour later - still cant access). Calling the agents also results in a service fee charge for them to load funds, each for the practitioner and for the script (2 separate service fees, for 1 visit). Really don't see the point of the portal if its so inconvenient!

Hello twitwi,

Thank you for bringing the above to our attention.

Please note that we have tried contacting you to no avail. With regards to the self-portal, we are experiencing some technical problems which have been escalated for urgent resolution.

As an interim solution, the password was emailed to you. We will be in contact with you later today to confirm receipt of this email.

With regards to service fees, we do not charge clients a fee for loading of funds via our contact centre as well as the use of the self-portal is available to you totally free of charge.

Please kindly take note that the only fees applicable would be if your service provider does not have a point of sale device which would result in cash being drawn from an ATM, as the product was designed to be used at a speed point.

Kindly accept our sincere apologies for the delays experienced and rest assured of our commitment in providing you with the most innovative products and services.

Kind Regards
Thaneshree Konar
