While the plan confirmation took longer to come through than the communicated 2-5 days, I appreciated the thoroughness of the first consultant with whom I engaged. And OnePlan Insurance has made it easy to contact the team via WhatsApp. Really appreciate that there is an insurance service for one’s fur-family.
