Whenever I need assistance, they are quick to help and sort out my problems or answer my questions. I have only ever had professional and friendly service from OnePlan. I have been dealing with them alot recently on the Pet Insurance side with quite a few claims and queries and they have always assisted me with the utmost friendliness and profesionalism. I will recommend OnePlan Pet Insurance a hundred times over to anyone. I especially want to thank Ncedo Majezi who assisted me this morning. She was efficient, friendly and dealt with my query in a very professional manner. Thank you Ncedo.
