What impressed me was the speed at which they took the decision to cover the costs for a specialist procedure and there was no hesitation in covering the full amount
What impressed me was the speed at which they took the decision to cover the costs for a specialist procedure and there was no hesitation in covering the full amount. Their response to any query is well handled by their whole team. Having moved from an opposition company where there were lengthy delays, I have no regrets moving to Oneplan.
