What a difference the right person can make
So after a bit of a misunderstanding, i dealy with Mereshnie Dheepnarayan. She was calm, efficient and went above and beyond to ensure the rather foul 'taste in my mouth' was resolved. She did as promised, and 24 hours later the issue i had was resolved.
