What a bunch of bull ****
<p>You don’t even deserve the one star I am giving you. I am cancelling with you. I can’t even take me 1 year old son to the doctor with a very high fever because some people can’t do their jobs. Do your own people support the place they work for? I am guessing NOT. How can you not accept an invoice that says Consultation Invoice as a Consultation and reject my clam. Now my son has a fever I can’t get him to the doctor ALL BECUASE of you. I will make your Name so ****. I am done if you and you so called medical insurance. PEOPLE DISCOVERY KEYCARE IS MUCH BETTER THAN THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A MEDICAL.</p> <p> </p>

Unfortunately we cannot pick up your policy details from the information provided on the site, please resend with your correct policy number along with the invoices for the rejected claim to the email that we have sent you.
As you had mentioned that your son is ill, please note that you may take your son the doctor, pay cash for the consultation and then send us the invoices so that we may be able to reimburse you for the claim once we have sorted out the current claim.
