We've not needed to claim for anything but have decided to go with a hospital plan
We've not needed to claim for anything but have decided to go with a hospital plan. Rather difficult to get to speak to an agent at a specific time but Celine Kriel was able to assist us. Very efficient and sorted out our cancelation very quickly after almost a week of trying to get agents to assist with calling at a certain time. Very pleased with her professionalism.
