Well let’s start by me joining them, I was told that I would get R190 per script refund, then I get a ONE CARD, the R190 was loaded. I checked again today and there is no more R190 on that card, why did they reverse it? I did everything that they asked me to do and I still have no refund!!!

Dear Norman,

Thank you for taking our call earlier and allowing us the opportunity to discuss the matter at hand further.

We are sorry to hear of the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations.

As per our telephonic conversation for day-to-day claims, funds are loaded within 60 seconds onto the Onecard, and the system will pull the funds back if the funds are not utilized within 24 - 48 hours.

Records on the system confirm funds for OTC were loaded on the 20th of September 2024 and due to it not being utilized the system pulled the funds back on the 22nd of September 2024. Clients can still load new funds should the funds be reversed due to it not being utilized. This is just a security measure put in place since clients have access to load day-to-day funds on the Onecard at any time.

Kindly note that we have since proceeded to load GP and Scripted Medication funds onto your Onecard and an email has been with confirmation of this. Please provide us with a computerized detailed invoice once the funds have been utilized in order for us to finalize the claim.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and we hope to have provided clarity on the matter.

Kind Regards,
Oneplan
