Tamarine Herbert delivered outstanding service! She approached me about a year back to ask if I had any interest in insuring my dog. I was interested at the time, however couldn't quite commit. She would check in on me every few months to see if I'd changed my mind. Never in an obtrusive way. Rather very gently, letting me know that she was 'here to help'. I eventually decided to go with it and she made the process seamless. Truly outstanding service. Very refreshing to see in today's world.
