Well done Oneplan Insurance!
I have a Oneplan Pet Insurance for my little dog for quite a while, but I have never claimed before. When I had to do my very first claim ever on Monday, 13 May 2024, I was so pleasantly surprised by the fast and efficient service I received from them. Reabetsoe Letsatsi, one of their claim consultants, handled my case fast and without any problems and in less than 2 days, everything was done and dusted! I encountered no problems at all, and my claim was paid in full. It is with a good heart that I pay my monthly premiums on this plan in the future. Thank you Oneplan Pet Insurance, keep up the good work!
