Well done Oneplan
Well, I am back with a followup on Oneplan. For those who have been following, you will remember the issues I listed. After many an argument, I finally managed to speak to a compassionate employee, who went out of her way to make a difference. She took my case to her department head, who advanced it further up the chain. This is the first time I have experienced a higher level than just claims clerks. This is the type of experience everyone who is a member of Oneplan should have. The service was quick, the people compassionate and the outcome satisfying. Well done Oneplan, this is the type of service your members are looking for. Happy and satisfied. Enjoy your long weekend, in my eyes you deserve to relax.
