Waste of money! Oneplan

Having endless issues with a claim!! They want to put it under routine care to have my baby's tail docked for having an abnomal growth due to a presumed broken tail that is extremely painful and getting caught in her blankets all day long so she spends most of the day crying... procedure is quoted R2500est and they are only willing to pay R680 since they consider it just a "routine care"!

My poor puppy has been shivering the hole day and as the vet also told me, this will only get worse the older she gets...

And I have been struggling ALL day to get hold of a "Vanesh" with numerous messages and holding the phone how many times only to get cut off or told they will phone me back...

I was informed by Vanesh this is a "cosmetic" procedure and will not be covered.

My dog is in agony and pain and I will now from my pocket take her for the procedure asap as I can not stand seeing animals in pain, other that your company having no issue with it...

Policy to be cancelled shortly... thank you for waisting my time and money for a few months...
