Was unsure regarding procedures to follow when a need arises with my pets and regarding chronic meds and how the card works with pre-loading of funds - Cameron was very helpful in explaining how easy it is and what I would need to do and when
Was unsure regarding procedures to follow when a need arises with my pets and regarding chronic meds and how the card works with pre-loading of funds - Cameron was very helpful in explaining how easy it is and what I would need to do and when. Amount was loaded almost immediatley for my use - as easy as that. Only had good experiences so far with their expediency in matters. Thank you One Pet for taking that stress off my shoulders when I am already stressed about my pets wellbeing. Huge relief.
