Vultures

I am HIGHLY disappointed in Onplan !

I lost my job the 23rd January and advised on their fancy WhatsApp service to my "personal advisor" of the situation...

He then went and offered me a "holiday" in leu of a cancellation - then told me that I must cancel so that I will not have to pay the months notice...

I received a letter now to say Oneplan would be debiting my now empty account, the months notice as per "terms and conditions" This debit will bounce!

Can you imagine if this was a claim?

Would anyone ever get the payout? Since there are SO many "T & C's" !? If they do - how long would it take to receive?

In all the years I have been paying R1400 per month and NEVER claimed once!?

Surely if there was any heart or compassion - they can just cancel the debit as I gave them a months notice and NEVER cost them a cent!

My one months payment that I have asked them not to debit should be covered by the INTEREST THEY have received a couple of times over - and the fact that I have not cost them anything?

This is exactly how these *******/******/inhuman greedy people are.

It is sad that they still need to feed their greed - without soul or compassion - live vampires sucking out the last drop of blood and essence from an already broken 52 year old white woman - like vultures !

Yip.... no communication..
I am not surprised!
You would think after publicly responding that I would have received an email?
Response on the fancy WhatsApp?
NOTHING...
Not surprised
