<p>I just want to take the time to congratulate Oneplan and the Team for excellent customer service. Each time I had a question they assisted me with friendly and promptly service. Had 2 claims in a months time 1 where I used the card with no hassles and 1 time where I paid the claim and claimed the money back, which only took them 2days to refund my money.</p> <p>The new upgraded app is totally user friendly as well
