Very Very Dissapointed in the service

I have been a member for a number of years to Oneplan, every year I pay and I pay with only 1 claim, today when I tried to organise a GP visit the app wont let me, so I use the online chat, the person replies saying I have an outstanding amount with Oneplan as I didnt submit an Invoice. Remember I said I have claimed once, that was in March 2018. So I said no i did i took a photo of it and sent it through as per your guys instructions, apparently Oneplan forgets to tell you they want a detailed invoice. Im so sorry I would have gotten one if I had been informed as such..... but since I dont have a time machine what do we do now. So I am told I have to pay them the R133 back to them as thats the amount I owe them.

So my back is currently in spasm and I need to pay them this money so I ask Oneplan..... when do I get to use the service I paid for from you? Do I wait for it to clear then load my GP visit or will you as a company step up and go oh dear we didnt let the client know in a timely fashion so as to avoid this.

Good day Colin,

We do apologize for what has transpired,

Kindly note that as funds are loaded onto your Onecard prior to going to the GP/pharmacy and so forth, we do require detailed invoices to be provided thereafter, to finalize the claim.

After further review of your policy, we have come across that communication was sent via email and SMS on the status of your claim.

Please note that should a detailed invoice not be provided to finalize the claim, you will be required to pay back the funds used on that day in order to unsuspend your day-to-day benefits.

Once again, we do apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Kind regards
The Oneplan team

I do fully understand that, but a follow up regarding this would help as most people are recovering from injury or illness and an sms these day are mostly spam related.

A follow up email would be far more efficient..... its R133..... I would have paid that pretty much straight away.

We do understand where you're coming from and are sorry to hear that you were still recovering due to an illness/injury during that occurrence.

As per our telephonic discussion; Please notify us once you receive the SMS so a refund claim may be processed accordingly.

Kind regards
